Dr. Fazio specializes in pre-operative and post-operative cataract and LASIK care, contact lenses and primary eye care needs. He is Board Certified in the United States and Canada to treat and manage ocular diseases, dry eye and glaucoma. To date, Dr. Fazio has co-managed more than ten thousand surgical cases.

Dr. Fazio is married to his lovely wife Tina, and together they have four children. He enjoys outdoor activities, sports, travel, playing the piano and painting. Dr. Fazio also speaks Italian, French and Spanish.
