Regular eye exams ensure that your eyes remain healthy, and that any problems are detected early so that they may be treated promptly.

If you have not been diagnosed with any eye disease or are experiencing any problem with your vision, we reccommend a yearly eye exam after the age of 40.

Should your optometric eye doctor discover a problem during your eye exam, you will be referred to an ophthalmologist at Newsom Eye & Laser Center to who is an expert in the medical and surgical treatment of the eye disorder in question.
